What is so good about this year?  That is probably a difficult question to answer for a lot of people amidst the 2020 pandemic. Keeping yourself healthy during this time is important and research has shown us that practicing gratitude can lead to better overall mental health. Here are few tips to leading a grateful life…..

  1. Be present to appreciate what is happening now
  2. Look for the silver lining in all of the negatives
  3. Volunteer for others that are in need
  4. Surround yourself with positive people
  5. Notice one thing to be grateful for daily, even the small things
  6. Take a break from the media
  7. Stop focusing on what you do not have
