Individual 1-hour session = $150 (possibly covered by extended health benefit plans)

Family Support 1-hour session = $170 (possibly covered by extended health benefit plans)

Clinical Supervision 1-hour session = $140 (not covered by extended health benefit plans)

Group Sessions = Prices vary with group sessions.  Please see the groups page for the cost of specific groups (possibly covered by extended health plans)

All payments are due at the time of service and payments can be made through cash, cheque, Mastercard/Visa, or e-transfer.

Many benefit plans cover social workers therefore, I would recommend that you contact your benefits company to inquire.  Ask about coverage for Masters of Social Work, Registered Social Worker. 

During your first session we will begin by getting some paperwork complete in order to start services.  Such paperwork includes a basic intake form and the consent to service form, which will be reviewed together.  In order to get to know each other, we will have a conversation regarding what brings you to the service and what your expectations of the service are.  I can discuss with you any questions or concerns you have about our work together and clarify what my role in the therapy process looks like.  Towards the end of the hour, we will discuss if we think that this professional relationship is a good fit so far and then mutually agree upon the frequency of future sessions based on your goals.

Each person is unique and therefore, without meeting at least once, it’s difficult to predict.  We will be able to discuss your situation and the goals you want to set for yourself during the first session.  At that time, we can discuss the likelihood of how many sessions you might benefit from in order to meet your end of therapy goals.

I ask that you give at least 24 hours notice that you will be unable to keep your appointment to avoid a one-hour session charge.  However, I do understand that life circumstances arise that prevents us from attending appointments at times.  Should this happen to you please give me a call as soon as you can if you cannot meet your appointment time. 

You are able to reschedule your appointments should your needs change and this allows for the session time to be filled with another client.  Please contact me directly to reschedule.
